Great people, great service! I always have gas and it makes me feel good.
We HAD a ‘will call’ account with this company, which is an account that we call when kerosene is needed. This is for our vacation home, so no need for automatic fill up. We happened to come down this weekend, to check on things & found the heater not working. We called this company since this is who we’ve been using for quite some time to get some kerosene & a start up. They wouldn’t come out Friday night (approx 8pm), the guy had to talk to the ‘boss’ first and would call back Saturday morning between 8:30-9. 10am rolls around still no call. We call them again, answering service answers, we wait for the company to call back again. Guy calls back & tells us they won’t come out because we don’t have an ‘automatic’ account basically so they won’t help until Monday. Monday, we will be back home in PA, not at the vacation home that needs the heat. We’ve used this company & paid this company & have never been an issue. We were willing to pay whatever fees to get the heater running and they just won’t come. Bad customer service in my eyes.
