I had a seemingly minor issue with the Town of Milton. I tried resolving it through phone calls to the town clerk and was treated in such an unprofessional manor. I was hung up several times, the staff giggled in the back ground when I voiced my issue and asked for resolve. Finally, I asked to speak to the mayor who was not in the office and asked for a phone number. The number provided was never answered and did not have a voice mail set up, how professional is that? I was finally able to speak to the mayor who was aggressive, angry and non-helpful. His resolve is to do nothing. I think Milton deserves better than this. It is certainly not what he promised during his recent campaign. Shame.
