Visiting friends. As with many planned developments, the homes are built as quickly and as cheaply as possible. It shows in my friend's place. All the steps and floors creak.

I live here and it's a nice quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the quaint Downtown Milton area with a local theatre, library, ice cream shop, fishing pond and more. Alot of new homeowners have moved in lately so most of the renters are gone now. Really nice place to live.
