My husband and I are new Delaware residents as of the past couple of months. We built a new home and knew that one of the first things we needed to have done was to get shutters/shades installed. After asking around for suggestions (remember, we are new to the area and were depending on others for their input), we decided to check out Budget Blinds in our area. We were greeted at the sales office/showroom by Tony with a friendly welcome and given an education on the different options we had. Following that, Ashley came to our home, measured windows and gave us a prompt and reasonable quote for the products that we had chosen. Finally, it was time for installation. Our installer, Keith, and his assistant Craig were extremely courteous, and very respectful of our home while installing our new blinds and shutters. Keith was very knowledgeable about the products and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the product and the installation, as well as answering all of our questions. I was so impressed with the experience that I had with this fine company and all that were involved with the process!! Hopefully, I can now refer them to somebody else looking for shades, etc. for their home. With all the "snafus" that come along with building and moving into a new home, it was refreshing to have a drama free and smooth experience with Budget Blinds!! Thank you!! :)

Great customer service. You will not be sorry to choose Tony and his team. Their work is outstanding. Tech came out and matched existing blinds perfectly. A year later one of the existing blinds needed an adjustment. I called them immediately and Tony came out. He took the blind, had it repaired and put it back up. Service is incredible. Prices reasonable. But most of the helpful attitude was the best. Especially in Delaware!!!! Thank you
